Our Mission

Delnorth International Polymer Division is dedicated to the highest level of continuous improvement to our staff, our product quality, our custom service and the environment.

Injection Moulding

Our state of the art injection moulding facility, based in Thornton NSW, is fully automated. Consisting of two manufacturing cells, our machine sizes range from 400 tonne clamp force to 480 tonne clamp force, with material shot size up to 2.5kg. With “closed loop” computer control on our moulding machines, our customers are assured of receiving the same consistent plastic part continuously.

Robotics

To achieve the ultimate consistency in the injection moulding process, each machine is equipped with a three Cartesian Axis Robot. This enables us to do insert moulding, pick and place the parts on a conveyor system and/or run the equipment after hours, with no labour on site.

Materials

Delnorth International Polymer Division has extensive experience in the manufacture of engineering plastics, including, but not limited to: Polyurethane, Glass Filled Nylons, A.B.S, P.V.C, Acetal, Flame Retardant Styrene’s and more common materials such as Polypropylene and Polyethylene.

Quality

Due to the continued dedication of our staff, Delnorth International Polymer Division has recently achieved the latest International Standard in Quality Accreditation: ISO 9001-2008.
